HIGHLIGHTS
Following the fall of Saigon in 1975, Saigon was “officially” renamed Ho Chi Minh City. Leave behind the past, Welcome to the most lively and interesting ”Ant traffic” city with over 7 million motorbikes, you definitely would enjoy the traffic from the top of some buildings or encourage yourself to harmonize with those school of fish on the road.
Although the capital of a united Vietnam is Hanoi in the north, Ho Chi Minh City remains Vietnam’s main economic and financial centre.
”Saigonese” is cheerful and smiley, they tend to care for their bowl of rice and buying better motorbikes, cars, or houses rather than politic.
Everybody works during the day and enjoy out eating & drinking beers at night at open spaces, watching the traffic and talking out loud that becomes ”sleepless city”.
